Vape or Cigarette 

Nicotine has the characteristic of addiction in it and is used in both, vape (electronic cigarette) and a tobacco cigarette. It is basically the ingredient which adds addictive sensation in an E liquid and even in a tobacco cigarette too. It means people gets addictive of smoking due to Nicotine. But at the same time it is the least lethal ingredient as an addictive in cigarettes, either the regular one or an electronic. But the fact is that a tobacco cigarette along with Nicotine contains a lot more, approximately 4000 toxic chemical which an E cigarette doesn't. 51 out of these 4000 chemicals are proven to be carcinogenic, the chemical which stimulates the cancer germs in body.

But the good thing is that an E cigarette is free of all these chemicals when we talk about Vape or Cigarette. Though it contains many other elements, chemicals or components, but they’re not as harmful as the ones in tobacco cigarette.  It is not feasible to say that E smoking has no injurious effects on health or is safer at all but is appropriate to state that it is relatively secure and least noxious.
